Showcasing Australian businesses making the switch to sustainability

In 2014, Assemblo relaunched the website for The Switch Report with a focus on original, engaging opinion articles, interviews and other compelling content. The site features a full reactive design and on-site banner advertising through Google for Publishers.

The search-indexed site is integrated with email marketing and supported by SEO activity, social media activity, online advertising and PR activity.

The site features a unique implementation of Google for Publishers to work with its fully responsive design. The site detects the user’s device, and serves appropriate banner ad sizes based on this initial load. This enables The Switch Report to provide all the benefits of a fully responsive news site.

Since its relaunch, the site has experienced a 600% increase in monthly traffic, increases in social media engagement on Facebook and Twitter, and has received a lot of interest from prospective advertisers.
