The business challenge
Showcase the new face of Coburg to a wide audience
Future Estate Group is a leading Melbourne-based property developer dedicated to delivering exceptional residences and communities that people will love.
Their most ambitious projectto date, Coburg Quarter sees the rebirth of one of Melbourne’s most significant sites with a multifaceted master plan that has been designed with the community in mind.
With a European-inspired central square complemented by a new high street, the development offers an exciting range of restaurants, cafes, bars, retailers and public spaces to form the civic and cultural focal point of this project.
Assemblo was approached by Future Estate Group to develop a website that reflects Coburg Quarter’s unique offering and appealing lifestyle in Melbourne’s north
The idea
Craft a unique, dynamic experience to match the energy of the redevelopment
With such a broad scope, Coburg Quarter is an ambitious project, and required an equally ambitious digital strategy to capture the scale of the redevelopment.
Adapting concepts initially developed by Cornwall, Assemblo designed and built the Coburg Quarter master plan website with a focus on visual storytelling and vivid photography.
The site also integrated native video content from the project and launch event along side feature articles about the area and it’s lifestyle.
The impact
The site featujred an innovative interactive navigation model with plenty for users to experience and enjoy. The master plan map allowed users to explore key sections of the project, with videos showcasing the development and local area.
The site allowed users to explore the residential developments, One Coburg Quarter and The Terraces, that make up a key part of the Coburg Quarter redevelopment. Users could explore the rich views and renders, view and download floor plans and register their interest for available apartments.
The Coburg Quarter master plan site featured a rich news section to complement the print publication, Coburg Quarterly. Stories are categorised and featured on the news home page, and snapshots are shared through Instagram integration. Individual articles showcasing news and local stories kept visitors engaged and ensured the site remained active and fresh during its lifetime.
