Owner Peter Elliott launched Sunstainable with the mission statement “Our goal is to be the best value solar provider by delivering high quality solar power systems at competitive prices and offering our customers a positive, friendly and satisfying solar experience.” In a marketplace crowded with a lot of bad faith operators and consumers unsure who to trust, Peter identified a strong opportunity in the market for a friendly, honest brand delivery high quality installs with well made inverters and panels.

The brand must consistently showcase its dedication to ethical practices, including transparent pricing, clear communication, and after-sales support. The brand identity is designed to be welcoming and open, with a bold, minimal and colourful look and feel.
To reinforce this positioning, we leveraged customer testimonials, certifications, and partnerships with reputable suppliers to build credibility. Educational content was created to demystify the solar installation process and explain the importance of quality components, establishing Sunstainable as an industry leader.
The impact
The Suntainable website was integrated with its CRM, ZOHO, and email marketing software. With a big emphasis on lead generation, digital marketing drove direct traffic, supported by in-depth SEO activity, social media and article creation.
While working with Assemblo, Sunstainable continued to grow year on year, drawing a significant amount of its web traffic from long-tail SEO search terms. Assemblo was able to reliably control the flow of new leads through increasing and decreasing marketing activity to respond to seasonality.
The integration of Sunstainable’s systems with the website made it easy and efficient for the national sales teams to report on and manage new inbound leads through digital advertising campaigns and SEO support.
